The NHMJ does much with little. As a Government entity it does not have huge resources, but it always strives to remain relevant. I saw an exhibit of entries from students in the Earth Day competition, which was quite impressive. I also got a "sneak peek" at the new Gallery, which is quite a work of art - depicting Jamaica's several varied landscapes and biodiversity. Oh, and entrance is free.

This place plays an integral part in preserving Jamaica's heritage. It is well worth the visit if you have time to browse. It's also great for research.
